How do I make an order on your website?

Making an order with is very simple, just find the products you would like to order using either the search bar or by using the navigation bar at the top. Add the products to your cart, and then checkout!

How do I make an order with the WhatsApps order service?

We are very excited let you know that we have WhatsApp order service! You can now get your animals & pet's favourites delivered to your door all with a single WhatsApp massage. Easy and kind of straightforward. Take a look at the steps below to see how simple it really is!

What is Langgan Plan?

Langgan is a subscription service to provide maximum convenience and help you save even more precious time, carry heavy pet supplies and money. For more information please talk to our Shopping Assistant

How do I sign up to Langgan?

We have tried to make signing up to Langgan as easy as possible. simply, on the product which you would like to arrange regular delivery for, mention to us you’re interested with the 'Subscribe & Save’, as well as specifying a delivery frequency. You can select a frequency up to 8 weeks. On some brands we even offer extra discounts on your products when choosing Langgan, this will be specified on the individual product page. Alternatively, you can ring us up and request Langgan for products of your choice over the phone, and our team can happily arrange this for you.

How do I see which items I have set up on Langgan?

We have made it very easy to access, amend, or change your Langgan from your own account. For more information regarding how to do this, have a look on this page:

What is the availability of the products on your site?

We stock over variety products on website, and you can see whether the item you would like is in stock, or not. On the rare chance that we have sold out of the product that you want, we can offer you either a full refund of pending funds, or we will source it from our other options, at the earliest opportunity.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all credit or debit card served by major Malaysian banking institutions such as Mastercard and Visa. You can either pay via Malaysian E-Wallet. And yes, we do accept Pay Pal too!

How do I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been picked by our warehouse team, call or email us within at least 48 hours of placing your order and you can change or cancel your order for a full refund. If your item has already been picked by our warehouse you can simply refuse to accept it when it arrives & it will be sent back to us. Shipping & Delivery

 How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled within our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number and a weblink to follow the entire process of your order, and to keep you in the loop. 

How soon will my order be delivered?

Here at, we are very proud of our delivery time. We do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and you should expect your delivery within 5 working days from the date it was placed, or within 3 working days in selected area in Klang Valley. Please note, We are not responsible for a potential delay due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, but we will help you as much as we can. What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

All our parcels packaging are most secured. Some our products are heavy & bulky, however our orders are tracked and packed with our rain resistant and bubbles packaging, so they can be left safely! Usually, Our couriers provide 3 delivery attempts before taking the parcel to their depots, but we understand you can’t put your life on hold waiting for your items to arrive, that’s why you can specify delivery information at checkout. This means you can give specific instructions regarding where to leave your parcel if you’re not home. With a neighbour? By the back door? Under the plant pot?

Do You Ship Internationally? 

We’re Sorry, For the meantime we didn’t ship for international except for Singapore due to Covid-19 Pandemic. There is a risk for some reason, the shipping might delay. But, please contact us first to know more.

What do I do if my order is late or even lost?

If your item does not arrive within 72 hours of it being dispatched, please email us at [email protected] or call us with your order number and we will carry out an investigation with our courier to find out exactly where your parcel is. We will send out a replacement product immediately if the courier is at fault. For more details see our Terms and Conditions page.

Returns & Damages

How do I return an item?

We have a new 7-day return policy so simply post the item back to us at Baeleaf Animals & Pets, 31-1, One Alam Jaya Business Park, Jalan Puncak Alam 15, 42300 Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor D.E, Malaysia. 

If I'm not happy with a product, how do I return an item for a full refund?

If you are ever dissatisfied with any item for any reason whatsoever, you may return it back to us. We will reimburse you for the full value of the item. All we ask is that it is returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it and in its original/new condition. 

What do I do if I have been sent the wrong item?

All the parcels are carefully packed by our delivery team and then double checked but in the unlikely event you end up with a different item, please email us on [email protected]. Post it back to us and we will arrange for collection with our courier. We will send you a new item immediately.

What do I do if my order has been stolen or damaged?

All items we send are guaranteed by us. If in the unlikely event your order is damaged or stolen call us immediately on +60199993644 or email us [email protected].

If damaged please take photos of the parcel in the exact same condition it arrived to you in and email them back to us. As soon as we receive photos we will send you a new item with no extra fee.
